The Finale - Returning home from spending 10 days working in politics in South Carolina as a Floridan

It was the 10th and final date of our trip for the road to the White House our journey back home we went bright and early ready to hit the road van three was determined to get there as fast as possible we all missed our pets and our showers our beds and it was time to go home. For most of the 12-hour drive. was reminiscing on what we had just done for the past 10 days classmates to whom I did not know much about became family, as we had all been brought together by this unbreakable bond of nonstop politics, Republican politics at that in the southern state like South Carolina, many of us, being people of color and progressives this is an eye-opening experience to see what a lot of America feels like. Ultimately, though I spent most of my time with Democrats and Republicans, I got to see the faults not only in my own party but also got to appreciate that my rival party does really well. It was so fascinating to understand how "stereotypical quote Americans view politics I had women of all ages crying to me about how they really believed Trump was the Messiah I had only read of people feeling this way about him but now I got to experience it firsthand and some of my classmates even got to go to Trump rallies and meet him and talk to him and talk to voters. This gave me the ability to understand this fascinating predicament that we're in as one party shifts, so radically into populism that I got to see what I have been reading about in Paul's firsthand. I not only get to see it from my perspective when discussing this with voters but also see it from my own classmates, who decided to spend their time on this trip, working for the Trump campaign, those who truly believed in him. Going to South Carolina was nothing that I thought it was and I think that's for the better because I let myself come in with a very open mind and heart and I was definitely considered one of the more moderate Democrats on this trip and I think it's because I allowed myself to give credit where credit is due with ReGoing to South Carolina was nothing that I thought it was and I think that's for the better because I let myself come in with a very open mind and heart and I was definitely considered one of the more moderate Democrats on this trip and I think it's because I allowed myself to give credit where credit is due with Republicans I don't agree with a lot of what they do, but I can give them credit when they're doing something good and it's effective. I thank everyone who I met in South Carolina and I am excited to get working in Florida.
