The Finale - Returning home from spending 10 days working in politics in South Carolina as a Floridan
It was the 10th and final date of our trip for the road to the White House our journey back home we went bright and early ready to hit the road van three was determined to get there as fast as possible we all missed our pets and our showers our beds and it was time to go home. For most of the 12-hour drive. was reminiscing on what we had just done for the past 10 days classmates to whom I did not know much about became family, as we had all been brought together by this unbreakable bond of nonstop politics, Republican politics at that in the southern state like South Carolina, many of us, being people of color and progressives this is an eye-opening experience to see what a lot of America feels like. Ultimately, though I spent most of my time with Democrats and Republicans, I got to see the faults not only in my own party but also got to appreciate that my rival party does really well.
